Shakira Taylor

Shakira Taylor is a fully qualified Personal Trainer and Hula Fitness Instructor with over 14 years of experience in the health and wellbeing industry. She specialises in educating and empowering women to navigate the journey of Perimenopause and beyond, helping them build a positive, sustainable relationship with exercise, nutrition, and self-care.

Having started her own Perimenopause journey at 39 (now 44), Shakira knows first-hand the challenges of finding what truly works, the trial and error, the struggle with consistency, and the importance of making it fun along the way. She believes that true success comes not just from physical strength, but from building resilience in both body and mind.

Alongside perimenopause, Shakira also manages Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (diagnosed at 18), which fuels her passion for raising awareness and opening up conversations about women’s health in all spaces. Her mission is clear: to support women not just to “get through” these stages of life, but to truly thrive.

As an ambassador for My Caroline, Shakira is excited to reach even more women who share the same goal, prioritising their health and wellbeing so they can live, work, and thrive at their fullest potential.
